Women on Water, or WOW, is a new initiative by the Club to encourage more ladies to learn and enjoy sailing.
WOW will on held on Sunday mornings from 9.30am - 12.30pm fortnightly.
This is a fun, free activity for all the ladies of HYC to join in. Enjoy a sail, learn the ropes and kick off your Sunday on the water.
There are currently no scheduled dates for WOW events, but please check back soon or like our facebook page to stay up to date with all our news!
You too could join these ladies and sail in the State Championships.
Hillarys team placed eighth at the recent State Women's Keelboat Championships which was sailed from South of Perth Yacht Club, on Saturday 16 May 2015. A great effort by the whole team in the cold, wet and windy conditions as a large weather front passed through the sailing area.
