In July we bid a very fond farewell to Damien “Damo” Falconer, the Club’s head chef of 15 years who moved on to another career path. In that role we have now welcomed Pablo Heinke (pictured) who brings with him a wealth of knowledge in various types of cuisine and current restaurant trends. Pablo has been working closely with our dedicated kitchen staff to develop brand new menus for weddings, private functions, Club events, section dinners and of course, our restaurant.
