ENTRY DISH AVAILABLE FROM FRIDAY, 10 JUNE 2022
 

 “(The Challenge Award) is designed to showcase the best club dining and highlight the many talented chefs and cooks in the industry, and recognising food and beverage service staff and the club venue”.


We’ve thrown the challenge to our chef’s, with Sous Chef Jake Scourfield, creating the Club entry into the competition. The dish is called “This Piggy went to Market”, a crispy pork belly pressed with black pudding, kohlrabi puree, celeriac and kohlrabi remoulade, caramelised apple with cider jus. Sounds delicious!

This item is available on our menu from Friday, 10 June 2022 in the Members’ Restaurant. We encourage all Members to get down to the Club and try out our entry into this years competition. So come and support your Club strive to win this award!
