2026 Boat Show Volunteer Expression of Interest
The 2026 Boat Show will be held on Friday 20, Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 March.

Volunteer Event Co-Ordinator:
Reporting to the Boat Show Committee Chair, this role is responsible for assisting in the overall management of the event.
Volunteer Support Co-Ordinator:
Reporting to the Boat Show Committee Chair, this role is responsible for assisting in the volunteer management.
Volunteer Logistics Co-Ordinator:
Reporting to the BIA Event Manager, this role is responsible for assisting in the logistical planning for Club facilities and parking.
Volunteer Pen holders Co-Ordinator:
Reporting to Stevi Ireland, this role is responsible for assisting with the relocation of member boats and Pen allocations.
Volunteer Food & Beverage Co-Ordinator:
Reporting to Nicole Pengilly, this role is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage team with coordinating outside food sales.
Volunteer Membership Co-Ordinator:
Reporting to Stevi Ireland, this role is responsible for assisting with driving membership sales and membership enquiries at the Boat Show.
General Volunteer:
If you are looking to volunteer throughout the weekend, without committing to a Co-Ordinator role we are still on the look out for general volunteers.
