Ordinary (full membership)
As a full member of Hillarys Yacht Club, you will receive access to all member benefits and rewards. These memberships allow the inclusion of the primary member, a partner/spouse and children.

Clubhouse (social membership)
With no nomination fee required a social membership is a great entry level to Hillarys Yacht Club.
Receiving unlimited access to the Food & Beverage facilities, plus invites to all social events on the Club's social calendar.

How much does a HYC Membership cost?
Memberships start from $100. Depending on what you are looking to use the membership for will impact the category and price.

Can I have access to a Pen/Moorings with my membership?
Only Ordinary, Senior and Corporate Members have the right to hold a Pen. Details on this membership can be found here.
Can I bring guests to the Club?
Members are able to bring up to five guests to the Club although are cannot regularly introduce the same person as a guest.
What is the Food & Beverage Levy?
The Club quarterly food and beverage levy applies to Ordinary, Senior, Corporate, Transitional, Associate and Clubhouse Members only. Once the levy is paid, the amount will be available in your membership swipe card to spend at the Club on food and beverage only.
When does my Food & Beverage Levy Expire?
The Food & Beverage Levy is charged quarterly (1st May, 1st August, 1st November & 1st February) and expire bi-annually.
Q1 & Q2 levy expire at the end of October.
Q3 & Q4 levy expire at the end of April.
Q1 & Q2 levy expire at the end of October.
Q3 & Q4 levy expire at the end of April.
I would like to try some on-water activities (angling, sailing, paddle etc.) through the Club, what is the best way to get started?
Different membership categories will have access to different Club activities. If you are new to the Club and would like to try out some on-water activities, you can access the SailPass. This will cover you for access and insurance for three sessions to see what division is best for you.
When does the membership year run from and to?
The Club membership year runs from May 1st to April 30th.
Do I get a membership card with my membership?
Yes, you will receive your personal Hillarys Yacht Club membership card. If your membership has a spouse/partner attached they will receive their own card.
Can I add my partner and kids to my membership?
Depending on your membership type you can include your partner/spouse and children under the age of 18yrs.
Memberships that allow a partner/spouse are Clubhouse Partnered, Ordinary, Corporate, Senior, Associate and Transitional.
Memberships that allow children under the age of 18yrs are Ordinary, Corporate, Transitional and Absentee.
