Hi Guys,
My wife and I attended the Mother's Day Brunch today and had a really enjoyable time.
The moment we walked into the room we were impressed with the table and their delightful chair sashes which really added a classy feeling to the room.
The buffet brunch had a very good selection of items to eat from yoghurt and waffles to beautifully cooked lamb and beef.
The singer was great, he and the Spiderman added a real family feel to the event.
It really was an impressive day and a class above the last time we had a buffet at the Club.
Thank you to Joseph, Clint, and the staff for a really enjoyable occasion.

This is the fifth year I have been to the Melbourne Cup lunch at HYC and this year’s was definitely the best so far.
The band was excellent, the buffet lunch was a winner and having the drinks packaged was a great idea.

The Lady Naoko (have I spelt it correctly) was so efficient and helpful, the young men behind the bar were friendly and spot on and the food was so fresh, plentiful, and enjoyed, plus the room set up looked so welcoming. Please thank all your team for making Helens 80th so memorable for all the right reasons.

Just wanted to provide some feedback in relation to the lovely event organiser from the hot lady high tea on Saturday afternoon.
I have never attended an event at the yacht club before and was really impressed by the organisation, information on the lead-up to the event and the event itself on the day.
The whole process of securing tickets and communication from Rhianna prior to the event was very informative and questions were answered really personally.
On the day, Rhianna was the perfect host from welcoming us to making sure we were well looked after on the day. The food, beverage and set up was faultless.
Many thanks to Rhianna for going above and beyond. My friend and I both commented on what a great afternoon we had. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole staff were incredibly attentive.
Big shout out to Rhianna - we will be back and based on the service will definitely be recommending and considering HYC for any upcoming functions.

I would like to offer my biggest heartfelt thanks to Hillarys Yacht Club staff and members, for hosting our members over the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd of April 2023.
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like VIPs. We were welcomed on the jetty by Tim (Showtime), who gave us a brief overview of facilities and some great sailing tales and general yachting discussions. Bianca provided us excellent assistance with the temporary tags and all matters catering. Somehow, we ended up with a couple of extra diners for the buffet, but this was no issue for Bianca who managed to accommodate us with ease and a friendly smile. And the buffet was top notch; big thanks to the chefs and kitchen staff. We also loved the musical entertainment. They created a wonderful atmosphere.
Our members all enjoyed a very special stay at HYC and came away with the impression that HYC is a welcoming and friendly club, with excellent staff and facilities. I appreciate that accommodating visiting vessels is currently difficult due to the jetty situation, so it was really fantastic that you were able to look after us and provide our members with such a great experience.
The pen allocations were perfect - well sized and very socially located. A big thank you to the members who offered these up and to the staff for matching the NYC boats to the pens.

I am writing in reference to the above celebration that was held in the Reflections Roon on Sunday 27 August.
We would like to express our sincere and grateful thanks to all the amazing staff that we were fortunate enough to meet and be assisted by.
We met Rhianna first and were so impressed by her knowledge, “can do” attitude and excellent manner that we decided HYC was the venue for our celebration. She was amazing throughout the whole process.
On Sunday we knew Rhianna wouldn’t be there but she assured us that everything would be in the capable hands of Bianca and she was absolutely correct. Bianca was graciousness itself - combined with a very efficient manner - a “guiding light” in the midst of a busy and very important day.
Dominic was the fabulous Barman - amazingly patient and extraordinarily helpful.
I must also mention Clara who was also willing to help and efficient as well.
The food was absolutely delicious - a big thank you to the Chef and Staff.
To conclude I can only say that Staff are one of the biggest assets a company can have and you certainly have a wonderful Team.

Every single person was blown away with the food and service, it was all absolutely amazing.

I just wanted to drop you a note to say we had a lovely dinner at HYC last Saturday night. The food and service were both very good and it made us question why we don’t dine there more often! We regularly visit Pinky’s but not often enough at the restaurant.

I would like to offer my biggest heartfelt thanks to Hillarys Yacht Club staff and members, for hosting our members over the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd of April 2023.
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like VIPs. We were welcomed on the jetty by Tim (Showtime), who gave us a brief overview of facilities and some great sailing tales and general yachting discussions. Bianca provided us excellent assistance with the temporary tags and all matters catering. Somehow, we ended up with a couple of extra diners for the buffet, but this was no issue for Bianca who managed to accommodate us with ease and a friendly smile. And the buffet was top notch; big thanks to the chefs and kitchen staff. We also loved the musical entertainment. They created a wonderful atmosphere.
Our members all enjoyed a very special stay at HYC and came away with the impression that HYC is a welcoming and friendly club, with excellent staff and facilities. I appreciate that accommodating visiting vessels is currently difficult due to the jetty situation, so it was really fantastic that you were able to look after us and provide our members with such a great experience.
The pen allocations were perfect - well sized and very socially located. A big thank you to the members who offered these up and to the staff for matching the NYC boats to the pens.

Dear Sir
I am writing in reference to the above celebration that was held in the Reflections Roon on Sunday 27 August.
We would like to express our sincere and grateful thanks to all the amazing staff that we were fortunate enough to meet and be assisted by.
We met Rhianna first and were so impressed by her knowledge, “can do” attitude and excellent manner that we decided HYC was the venue for our celebration. She was amazing throughout the whole process.
On Sunday we knew Rhianna wouldn’t be there but she assured us that everything would be in the capable hands of Bianca and she was absolutely correct. Bianca was graciousness itself - combined with a very efficient manner - a “guiding light” in the midst of a busy and very important day.
Dominic was the fabulous Barman - amazingly patient and extraordinarily helpful.
I must also mention Clara who was also willing to help and efficient as well.
The food was absolutely delicious - a big thank you to the Chef and Staff.
To conclude I can only say that Staff are one of the biggest assets a company can have and you certainly have a wonderful Team.
