Provide First Aid

Once registered you will receive a link to complete the online portion of the program, which can take anywhere for 4-6 hours depending on individual learning ability. The F2F portion will be approx 2 hours, but may be slightly longer, please allow for this before registering. 
 
You will obtain: 
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support
HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

For your information: The unit of competency HLTAID011 Provide first aid describes the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid response, life support, management of casualty(s), the incident and other first aiders, until the arrival of medical or other assistance. It applies to all workers who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings. 

After successful completion of the programme you will be awarded a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support and HLTAID011 Provide First Aid.

There is no minimum age requirement for this course, however it is usually reccommended for 16+ due to the nature of the course (Online & F2F).
